报告题目:基于机器学习和深度学习的弥散磁共振图像和纤维束成像计算和应用


报告摘要

弥散磁共振(diffusion MRI,dMRI)可以测量脑组织内水分子弥散运动情况以此来揭示脑组织的微观结构信息。dMRI最重要的功能之一是提供了当今唯一在活体大脑内进行白质纤维束映射的技术,即纤维束成像(tractography)。dMRI和tractography技术在许多实际科研和临床问题中(如脑疾病分析、神经外科手术术前指导等)提供了重要的解决方案。近年来,随着机器学习和深度学习的快度发展,其在dMRI的计算领域也获得极大地成功。在此报告中,张帆博士会介绍他和他的同事在dMRI和tractography计算方面提出的若干机器学习和深度学习算法,包括图像分割、配准、纤维束聚类/分类、脑图谱创建等。

嘉宾简介

张帆,博士,目前就职于哈佛大学医学院,担任讲师职位。其主要研究方向为医学图像计算,机器学习以及计算神经学。目前,已发表了学术论文100余篇,包括领域顶级期刊NeuroImage, MedIA, IEEE TMI等,和国际顶级会议MICCAI, CVPR, IJCAI等。曾多次组织国际会议、研讨会、期刊专刊等,并在近40个知名期刊和会议中担任审稿人。
