• YUANJIE ZHENG was a Senior Research Investigator with the Perelman School of Medicine,University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong Normal University,and a Taishan Scholar of People’s Government of Shandong Province, China. He is also serving as the Vice Dean of the School  of Information Science and Technology and the Institute of Life Sciences, Shandong Normal University. His research interests include medical image analysis, translational medici-ne,computer vision, and computational photography, enhance patient care by creating algorithms for automatically quantifying and generalizing the information latent in various m-edical images for tasks, such as disease analysis and surgical planning through the applications of computer vision and machine learning approaches to medical image analysis tas-ks and the development of strategies for image-guided intervention/surgery.
